Month end activity September
“Pot decoration Plantation”-
As a part of month end activity a pot decoration and sapling preparing activity was conducted for the students. The objective behind this activity was to encourage the students to plant more and more trees. These little hands created beautiful pots with colours and paints. They coloured the pots using their imagination and planted small saplings in it to preserve it for the future “Tree Plantation Drive”. The activity was a platform to showcase their artistic minds.
“Fire Safety Workshop”
Little Flower School organized a fire safety workshop as a part of Month end Activity on 24 September 2022 for the students. The Manager along with his team from ‘Bharat Gas Agency’, Babhaleshwar was the resource persons. The workshop included general understanding of basic fire awareness including what should be done in the event of a fire, how to prevent a fire occurring in the kitchen due to the leakage of LPG cylinders. With the preventive measures they also guided the students about the expiry of the gas wires, gauze and gas cylinders. The students interacted and asked their doubts to them. They were happy to see the students taking interest in this session of the workshop. Pamphlets featuring the safety measures were distributed by them. It was an energetic workshop.
Online Session on Disaster Management
Little Flower School, Loni organized an online session on Disaster Risk Management for the students of class IX on 24th September 2022.
The online session on strengthening national disaster response was organized to help the students understand the steps to be adopted to respond to various disaster situations. In the event, it was told that planning, coordination and high state of preparedness were the
necessary steps to handle the crisis successfully. The professional volunteers provided the students with proper training and education.
