BIRD FEEDER MAKING ACTIVITY
It is known that taking a break from our busy life and taking some time to appreciate the environment and nature can help to reduce stress. That is why, attracting birds to your garden with a bird feeder is important for you as well as the birds.
A bird feeder gives you the opportunity to observe the wonders of nature. Young ones with access to feeders learn to identify bird species, teaching them the importance of caring for animals. Bird feeders offer a fun and entertaining way to observe birds up close and connect with nature.
The simple act of putting out a bird feeder and keeping it clean and full can greatly improve the chances that birds and their offspring will survive. Keeping this in mind, we have virtually conducted a ‘Bird Feeder Making activity’ on Friday, 26th February 2021 as a month end activity. Students have prepared beautiful bird feeders and shared photographs with teachers and friends.
